Uhhh... Where'dya Go??

Am I right?! Completely fell off the radar there for a few days, didn't I?!

So wow. Columbia was a trip. Literally... like a Nine? hour, I think it was, trek down there. Our hotel room was on the 3rd floor... which made it a real pain in the ass to lug the kids in & out of the room. Not to mention potty breaks for the dog too.

H was so excited to "Go to South Carolina"... that when we finally got there, he got it into his head that the Hotel itself was in fact "South Carolina". So when we'd be out and about and he was done with it all, he'd say - "Henry's tired, let's go back to Souf Carrowina, please." So, so, so fuhnnee! And of course since we've been home he's been asking when we're going back... but we're pretty sure he means the hotel and not the state :) The boys did so awesome on the trip though. They are amazing in the car!! Thankfully they both love the long drives.

We managed to find a rental house and are working on getting that all squared away this week. This way we can all be together once The P starts work... the bonus of course is we won't have to deal with any "can you be out of the house in 10 minutes?" calls from the realtor while our house is on the market here... cause I'm fairly certain that a request like that would be met with a good deal of profanity! hahahahaha!

The house hunting well extremely well. Like, nearly everything we saw was workable in one way or another, which is all kinds of crazy ass cool. There are two all time favorites though... hopefully they'll both still be around when we're ready for them and will get to pick between the two. We are super stoked about these homes - they are each, in their own way, perfect for us!

Will try to keep you up on all the details as they develop... like how much crap I've got to try to unload in the next month!! Yipes.
