15 Down...

Well, here we are... in South Carolina!! House Hunting and getting a general feel for the lay of the land. The weather hasn't been very cooperative... raining all day long today. But we looked at 15 houses today and absolutely LOVED Two of them!! Honestly. So much so, that I could just quit the house hunt right now. Done and done. They're that perfect :) Better still, there are at least two more contenders that could work, if needed.

Everything we really liked turns out to be in Irmo, so it's looking to be the spot we'll soon call home. It's pretty cool... so now, with any luck the following three things will happen:

1. we'll somehow manage to get our house listed in about 6 weeks
2. our house will sell quickly
3. neither of our "favorite" houses will sell before ours does

hope, hope, hope.... getting really, Really excited!!
