Homebodies...

Being sick sucks. However, one of the perks is getting to hang out at home, as a family. Homebody status is stellar in my book. I love just lounging around, playing, visiting and relaxing. Of course, when you're sick you've also got to throw in the ever essential nap... and feeling crappy isn't the most fun, but the rest of it is all very enjoyable for me.

H really had his heart set on going to Costco today - our boy Loves the Costco trips! Especially getting to eat a hot dog in the food court. Finding a table with an umbrella makes it even Better! So sure, he was disappointed. And although he could have made it a boys day out, with just himself and Dad, he simply didn't want to go without me. Sweet huh ;) Thankfully his disappointment didn't last for long. His spirits were quickly lifted after an hour and half long bath in Mom & Dad's enormous spa tub, a little R&R watching Star Wars (his choice!) and to cap it all off he spent nearly TWO hours meticulously pulling each and every feather off a duster we recently picked up at the dollar store. He had such a blast creating all kinds of stories and scenarios to go along with the colorful floating feathers. The P & I felt reassured that his day ended up being a lot more fun without a beloved stop at "The Costco".

Oh! Thought I also should mention:
Dearest Flynn is TEN months old today!!
